We are currently looking for “Sales Minded” Project Managers to join our team.  You will work with a team and at times independently to develop and execute national, regional, and local advertising campaigns. In this position, you will work with some of the largest well-known brands in the nation to plan, build, and execute alternative media programs all over the country.  We are looking for career-focused, sales-minded, project managers to join our team.  The perfect candidate will be motivated, have a detailed understanding of the project management cycle and not only what it takes to create and execute a plan, but the ability to budget, track, analyze, adapt, document and share results.

AdVan Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for “Sales-minded” Project Managers for immediate hire in both our Portland, OR office and Philadelphia, PA office. You will work with a team and at times independently to develop and execute national, regional, and local advertising campaigns. In this position, you will work with some of the largest brands in the nation to plan, build, and execute alternative media programs all over the country. In addition to managing daily campaign performance and scheduling, you will be responsible for making sure that any media platform or vehicle chosen by the Client is operating at 100% professional capacity and up to the standards of All Points Media and our Brand Partners.

The perfect candidate will be a college graduate with a degree in marketing and advertising (or similar work history) and have a detailed understanding of the project management cycle.  You will be accountable for understanding and effectively managing the processes necessary to create and execute a plan while simultaneously managing budgets in order to professionally and accurately track, analyze, adapt, document and share results from each specific program.

National Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

All Points Media is one of the top national outdoor advertising companies in lifestyle and mobile digital media. We work with all types of advertising agencies and consumer brands in the country. For over the last 20 years we have continued to develop some of the most creative Alternative Media campaigns in the country. We are looking for a creative-minded sales person that is a high-energy self-starter passionate about developing and maintaining relationships with media buyers and marketing directors across the U.S. The job requirements include but are not limited to, cold calling, account management, telecommunication skills, contract negotiation, customer service and an amazing off-the-chart great attitude is a MUST. This is a career position and we are looking for someone who wants to commit to the culture of media and be an expert in the industry.

AdVan Marketing Representative - Local Market

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for Marketing Representatives to help execute and manage advertising programs on the streets operating our unique fleet of digital mobile media vehicles called AdVans.  The AdVans have 12’ x 6’ daylight readable video screens on the driver side and 5’ x 4’ screens on the passenger side. These unique vehicles are fully wrapped in client creative vinyl and drive the streets of a market while broadcasting full motion video and sound.  Some of our past clients include Coke, Nike, Disney, Verizon, Sony, and many more.

In this position, you would be the activation arm of these advertising programs. You would be trained to drive and operate all the electronics in the vehicles, while representing some of the top known brands in the country.  Responsibilities include:

  • Driving and being 100% responsible for the vehicle and all electronics in the vehicle.
  • Taking daily photos and video of the activation in key target areas or events.
  • Handing out promotional material.
  • Engaging the public and consumers to get them interacting with the brand message.
  • Daily reporting and communication between HQ offices and/or client contacts.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a CONTRACT position that lasts for the length of the campaign only. The person must be located in the market noted, willing to travel, and be available to work for the duration of the campaign. You will drive a high-tech media truck while representing national brands; we are looking for people who are professional, motivated, quick learners, good problem solvers, and have a great work ethic. Along with representing our clients in the best manner possible, technological experience is a must as is truck driving experience.
