New York’s 529 College Savings Program utilized All Points Media’s Network of youth soccer team sponsorships in Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Utica, Binghamton, Poughkeepsie, Ithaca. Their goal was to reach young families located in New York. NY’s 529 College Savings Program wanted to encourage parents to invest in youth college funds for future education.
