Campaign Objective

Cigna HealthSpring utilized All Points Media’s Network of Paratransit vehicles throughout Texas to reach seniors that qualify for Medicare located in McAllen, Harlingen, Texarkana, Longview, Lufkin, Decatur, and Ft. Worth. Cigna HealthSpring was promoting this message to let members and potential members know that being a Cigna HealthSpring member can offset transportation costs and they can get free/discounted rides to and from places such as physician’s offices, hospitals, banks, and grocery stores. By placing signage on Paratransit vehicles, they were able to accomplish exactly that.
